Extended protection · Launching soon

A $30,000 robot deserves a safety net.

Humanoid robots are the most complex machines most people will ever own — and one actuator failure can cost thousands. We're building extended warranty protection designed for humanoids. Join the waitlist to shape it.

What good coverage looks like

Built around the failures that actually happen to humanoid robots — not fine print designed to deny claims.

🦾

Actuators & joints

The #1 failure point on active robots. Motors, harmonic drives, and full joint assemblies — parts and the labor to install them.

🔋

Battery degradation

Coverage when your pack drops below usable capacity — not just when it dies completely. Includes replacement and safe disposal.

🧠

Electronics & sensors

Compute boards, motor drivers, depth cameras, IMUs, and force sensors — the nervous system of your robot.

🔧

Labor included

Repairs by vetted technicians from our HumanoidTechnicians network — no shipping your robot overseas for service.

Common questions

Honest answers while we're still building.

Can you get an extended warranty on a humanoid robot?

Today, almost nobody offers one — that's exactly why we're building this. Manufacturer warranties are typically 1 year and limited. Join the waitlist and we'll notify you when extended coverage launches.

What would a humanoid robot warranty cover?

The plan centers on the failures that actually happen: actuator and joint failures, battery degradation, sensor and electronics faults, and the labor to fix them. Accidental damage and consumables would be optional add-ons.

How much would it cost?

Pricing isn't final — it depends on the robot's value, usage, and term. As a rule of thumb, extended warranties on complex electronics run 8–15% of purchase price per year. The waitlist helps us calibrate real pricing.

Would used or refurbished robots be eligible?

That's the goal. Used humanoids change hands with zero protection, and those buyers need coverage most. Eligibility would require a pre-coverage inspection — which our technician network at HumanoidTechnicians.com can perform.

Who repairs the robot under warranty?

Vetted independent technicians and authorized service partners — the same network behind HumanoidTechnicians.com — so you're not shipping a 70 lb robot back to a factory overseas.
